Where does my candidate data go? +

Your candidate CVs and interview recordings upload directly to your own secure cloud storage folder, one you own and control. Eldorado Node processes the files for evaluation but never stores your documents on our servers. We only retain the evaluation scores and metadata needed to deliver your reports. Fully compliant with GDPR and applicable international data protection regulations.

How long does an evaluation take? +

Most evaluations complete and deliver to your HR inbox within 2–5 minutes of submission. Processing time depends on audio length. A 30-minute interview recording takes slightly longer to transcribe than a 10-minute one. All processing happens in parallel: CV parsing, audio transcription, web search, and scoring all run simultaneously.

What languages are supported? +

Our AI transcription engine supports 30+ languages for interview transcription including English, Arabic, French, Yoruba, Hausa, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, and more. The system automatically detects the language and can generate bilingual reports when candidates speak a language other than English. CV parsing supports any language that appears in written text.

Can candidates see the AI scores? +

No. Scores and evaluation reports are delivered only to your HR team. Candidates receive standard professional emails such as offer letters, rejection notes, and confirmation pages, all branded with your company identity. They never see scores, criteria weights, or AI-generated content. The intelligence layer is entirely internal.

What happens when I exceed my monthly quota? +

Submissions are blocked at the authentication gate once your quota is exhausted, and you receive an email notification immediately with an upgrade link. Quotas are tied to your billing cycle, not the calendar month. When you renew or upgrade your plan, your quota resets instantly from the payment date for another 30 days. If you need additional evaluations before your cycle ends, you can upgrade your plan at any time and the new quota activates immediately.

How does the compliance screening work? +

Every evaluation output is scanned for references to protected characteristics including age, gender, race, religion, disability, pregnancy, and more, before the report is generated. Evaluations receive a CLEAR, REVIEW, or FLAG status. Flagged evaluations require HR review before a decision can be recorded, and all compliance events are logged in an immutable audit trail for regulatory reporting.
