Candidates receive standard professional emails such as offer letters, rejection notes, and confirmation pages, all branded with your company identity. They never see scores, criteria weights, or AI-generated content. The intelligence layer is entirely internal.
Submissions are blocked at the authentication gate once your quota is exhausted, and you receive an email notification immediately with an upgrade link. Quotas are tied to your billing cycle, not the calendar month. When you renew or upgrade your plan, your quota resets instantly from the payment date for another 30 days.
